Moonstone Therapy
A gentle, hands-on technique that works with your body's soft connective tissue and nervous system — encouraging your body to shift out of stress and into healing, without forceful manipulation.
"If you grew up in the 'walk it off' era and your body is now calling you out for it… this is for you."
Bowen Therapy helps people dealing with chronic stress, nervous system overload, and pain that just won't quit. If you're tired of pushing through, feeling stiff, inflamed, or constantly on edge, it's time to actually deal with the root of it. This is for people who are done settling for temporary fixes and ready for real change.
Bowen Therapy works across the entire body through the fascia and nervous system. A single session can address multiple areas simultaneously — because the body is one connected system, not a collection of separate parts.
If you're experiencing anything shown in this diagram, Bowen Therapy may be able to help.

I was born and raised in Prince George, and after spending ten years at the University of Northern British Columbia, I graduated in 2019 with my Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management. While I enjoyed the business world, I realized my true passion was helping people feel better and live fuller, healthier lives.
My journey with Bowen Therapy started in a very personal way. During Covid, my mom was struggling with severe hip and back pain, and I was determined to help. That experience pushed me to complete my training so I could provide real relief — not only for her but for others searching for gentle, effective care.
In July 2024, I officially opened Moonstone Therapy, creating a space where people can come to relax, release tension, and restore balance.

Every session is tailored to where your body is at that day. I work with you — not on you. Gentle, intentional, and always personal.
This is the starting point for all new clients. A full 90-minute Bowen session that includes a detailed body assessment and diagnostic work to identify areas of restriction, imbalance, and stress. Ideal for those experiencing chronic pain, inflammation, digestive concerns, or long-standing discomfort. This session allows us to understand what your body needs and begin targeted treatment right away.
Designed for established clients continuing their care. This 60-minute session includes ongoing diagnostic work and focused Bowen treatment based on your current symptoms and goals. Each visit builds on previous sessions, adapting as your body changes and responds.
All three sessions paid in full at the first session. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
A gentle 30-minute session focused entirely on calming the nervous system. No diagnostics — just supportive Bowen work to help your body shift out of fight-or-flight and into relaxation and regulation. Grounding mats are used, with essential oils and crystals available if desired. Perfect for stress, anxiety, emotional overload, or maintenance care.

A treatment typically lasts between 30–90 minutes and is done through a light layer of clothing. During the treatment you will be left to rest for 2–5 minutes at a time, allowing your body to respond and for the necessary changes to occur.
Bowen is not usually an ongoing therapy. Most clients find relief after the first session, and significant resolution after 3–5 sessions. Those with repetitive strains or chronic conditions do find ongoing therapy to be beneficial.

Life happens. I know things come up unexpectedly, and I'll always do my best to be understanding. At the same time, each appointment is reserved just for you, so last-minute changes can make it hard for me to help someone else who may be in need.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client.
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee may apply and may be required before booking your next visit.
If you arrive a little late, don't stress — I'll still do what I can with the time we have. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment. Treatment will not be provided, and the full session fee will apply.
Emergencies and true last-minute life events do happen. If something out of your control comes up, please reach out as soon as you can and we'll work it out together when possible. Thank you for respecting my time, my practice, and the other clients I serve.
All services and prepaid packages are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
